Prior
to performing any power related troubleshooting, ensure you are using the
Samsung factory power adapter. You must use the Samsung adapter that came
with your product, or an official Samsung replacement manufactured for use
with your product.
If your notebook PC is not powering on, follow these steps:
Disconnect the AC adapter.
Wait
about 10 seconds, and then reconnect the AC adapter.
Press
the power button on the notebook.
If the
notebook powers on correctly, shut down the computer. Charge the battery for at least an hour, disconnect
the AC adapter, and then go to step 4.
If the
notebook does not power on with the AC adapter, you may have a bad power
cord or AC adapter or there
may be a hardware failure in your notebook. Please click the "Create

Power on the computer using
battery power only.
If the
notebook does not power on at all, then most likely the battery is
